We are looking for key players in the support of our technology and existing products. As a Quality Assurance Specialist you work to obtain requested information, resolve problems, and identify opportunities for improvement. We rely on our Quality Assurance Specialists to ensure the integrity of our product so that we may continue to provide the leading Inside Sales technology to our customers.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates responses to inspection reports and performs follow-up with respondents, management, or others, if needed, to ensure resolution
  • Notifies management of quality/compliance trends and service failures
  • Monitor regulatory and industry trends/actions and report regularly to QA management
  • Recommends and implements modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality
  • Responds to customer complaints and inquiries

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Technology savvy
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
