New Recruits:
We’re sending a call out to all up-and-coming {support engineers} who have a desire to work with award-winning and industry innovative software. Our technologies are a mash-up of web and telephony tools which offer a rewarding opportunity to push yourself to higher levels, and to be on the ground level of a new technological revolution.

Primary responsibilities include:
• Timely, effective, killer response to all incoming support requests.
• Software testing for bug fixes and sweet system enhancements.
• Providing internal support resources for fantastic sales, marketing, and account management teams.
• Maintaining professional business relationships with our extraordinary clients and prospects

Qualifications:
• 2+ years experience in software technical support, or equivalent general computing and information systems skills. Tech certifications (A+, MCSE, etc.) may be considered, but are not required.
• Very high proficiency in standard office computer applications, especially MS Office.
• Ability to effectively communicate detailed technical information to clients, support, and development teams, and work with project management to maintain system stability and performance.

Nice to Have:
• Basic knowledge of HTML or other Web programming languages a full size plus.
• Basic to working knowledge of typical sales processes, metrics, and sales management techniques.
