The InsideSales.com system provides a robust platform for developer and systems integrations. All InsideSales.com accounts receive access to our XML/Web Services API. The API accepts commands using our SOAP/WSDL specification, and REST. Nearly any data function availble in the system can be duplicated through an API command.
Visit the InsideSales.com Community Developer's Portal for access to specifications, code samples, user forums, and tips from our internal developers.
To use the API, you will need a custom Web services specification document for your company's subdomain, which contains information about the data formatting and field mapping used for API functions.
In addition, access to the API requires a security token to be included with a login command as part of any API script. This security token is generated from your company's InsideSales.com Administrator page.
Please visit the Community Developer's Portal for specific information about how to get the appropriate documentation and the security token.
