The InsideSales.com system provides a robust platform for developer and systems integrations. All InsideSales.com accounts receive access to our XML/Web Services API. The API accepts commands using our SOAP/WSDL specification, and REST. Nearly any data function availble in the system can be duplicated through an API command.

API Access
To use the API, you will need a custom Web services specification document for your company's subdomain, which contains information about the data formatting and field mapping used for API functions.
In addition, access to the API requires a security token to be included with a login command as part of any API script. This security token is generated from your company's InsideSales.com Administrator page.
