I really enjoyed this article and the definition you outlined of Sales 2.0

I would guess that sales 2.0 would include a ***user input interface***. A hybrid of the company’s CRM, the social network cloud and especially the consumer’s **personal-relations CRM** (which doesn’t exist as of yet, but as I see it, I believe its coming next).

It seems like adding this "prosumer" element to the definition would make it more complete. "Prosumerism" is the trend underlying the 2.0 shifts, which is outlined in Alvin and Hiedi Toffler’s book “Revolutionary Wealth".

One of my favorite things about Sales 2.0 is the Immediate Access to information it provides. I know I would much rather spend the $.07 to print out something I need right away (or better yet, just read it online!) than have to wait for the post office to deliver it.
