InsideSales.com Names Michael Critchfield as Vice President of Sales

Proven sales leader brings experience from leading SaaS companies Arkona & DealerTrack

Provo, UT—August 11, 2010—InsideSales.com, the leading provider of software solutions for inside sales professionals, today announced the appointment of Michael Critchfield as Vice-President of Sales.

Mr. Critchfield most recently served as COO for Velosum Inc., an SaaS technology company specializing in public safety, medical, and manufacturing solutions. Prior to Velosum, Mr. Critchfield served as Executive VP of Sales for Arkona, Inc., an automotive software company, later becoming Vice-President of DMS Sales for DealerTrack Holdings, Inc., the leading provider of on-demand software and services for the automotive industry, when Arkona was sold to them. Mr. Critchfield has also served in sales and service capacities at Manage.com, Legato, Vinca, Novell, Corel, and WordPerfect. Mr. Critchfield served in the United States Army with a background in Logistics and Counter Intelligence.
