April 6, 2011—Provo, Utah—From March 29 to 31, twenty-five of InsideSales.com's employees had the chance to take some time off from coding, supporting, and managing the company's software products, and do something a little bit outside their job descriptions.

As reported by the Provo Daily Herald, and as VP of Operations Robb Young stated, "We'd had a couple of good years and decided to do good [in return]"—and so the company invested time, money, and manpower in helping the Center for Women and Children in Crisis refurbish their Provo shelter location.

Introduced to InsideSales.com in November 2010 through the company's community outreach program, Robb had invited shelter director Rhonda Gates to give a presentation to the company at a meeting, an opportunity she embraced. After the meeting, CEO David Elkington announced that InsideSales.com would be doing a community service project for the CWCIC in the spring of 2011.

Ultimately the company invested over 200 man hours in helping replace and refinish the flooring of seven bedroom units at the shelter. As reported by the Daily Herald, CR Molding of Springville provided finishing work for the floor moldings, and Contractor Resource Flooring of Spanish Fork installed the flooring laminate.

"It was an inspiring couple of weeks," said Young, referring to the company's efforts in coordinating the project.
