How Does it Work?
The InsideSales.com Click-to-Dial is the most basic auto-dialer in our suite of dialer solutions. It let's a sales representative click on the link next to any telephone number in the CRM software one number at a time. The dialer makes two phone calls; first it calls you then dials the phone number next to the link and bridges the calls together.

How it Works (1) Click on the phone number anywhere in the CRM

(2) The system calls you.

(3) The system calls the contact and bridges you to them.
