displayed phone number throughout the on-demand CRM has a link
to call. Additionally, all of the telephony 'power tools' are
available from the click-to-call, like call recording, voice
messaging, etc.

How Does it Work?
The InsideSales.com Click-to-Dial is the most basic auto-dialer
in our suite of dialer solutions. It let's a sales representative
click on the link next to any telephone number in the CRM
software one number at a time. The dialer makes two phone
calls; first it calls you then dials the phone number next
to the link and bridges the calls together.
