1. From a web page or application (such as Reach, Domino, or Seek), the agent triggers the RING telephony platform.
2. RING instantaneously calls the agent on the phone.
3. After connecting to the agent, RING immediately calls the interested lead.
4a. Using TDM high-quality calling, RING connects the agent to the interested lead.
4b. The phone call goes unanswered, giving the agent the option to trigger voice messaging ability.

Using RING, each dialer works uniquely within your Salesforce CRM to connect your rep to the interested lead.

1. Reach enables agent to click a pahone number in the Salesforce CRM, activating RING.
2. Domino sequentially dials through the Agent's Salesforce CRM list and uses the RING telephony platform to connect to the interested lead.
