The InsideSales.com community have done a lot of “good” this year. InsideSales.com employees have donated a truck full of gifts to the Center For Women and Children in Crisis (CWCIC) in Utah.  Gift-giving was part of the Do Good Foundation actions for giving back to the community, and took place the week before Christmas.

Helping Victims of Domestic Violence and Assault

“Victims of domestic violence and sexual assault leave dangerous, life-threatening situations to find refuge in homes like CWCIC. They typically arrive at the shelter with only the clothes on their backs,” said Ryan Breneman, program manager for InsideSales.com.

“At CWCIC, they find food, clothes and they receive therapy. They also receive assistance to find independent housing and employment toward self-sufficiency. We hope that our contributions will help the children and mothers in shelters and brighten their Holidays,” added Ryan.

About The Do Good Foundation

Part of the Do Good Foundation mission is to assists disadvantaged women and children in need. The foundation has helped the Center For Women and Children in Crisis (CWCIC) in recent years. Donations have included everything from room renovations, donated Christmas trees, and gifts.

Started by InsideSales.com founders Dave Elkington and Ken Krogue, the Do Good Foundation follows the 1-1-1 model for giving back to the community. The model for philanthropy was pioneered by Salesforce.com. It requires using 1 percent of company product, time and resources to help those in need.

The foundation is also a pioneer of the Kids Code and Girls Code programs. In these programs, volunteers work with local schools to teach children the basics of computer science and programming.
