David Elkington has a rich background in technology, venture capital and corporate development. As CEO and Chairman, he has led to consecutive 50-100% year-over-year growth rates, starting with the company’s inception in 2004. David has been active in the evolution and definition of the inside sales industry and speaks regularly. He is co-author of the groundbreaking Lead Response Management industry study, done in conjunction with James Oldroyd, PhD. (visiting Research Fellow at M.I.T.).

Ken brings more than 24 years of experience in sales, development and marketing in both domestic and international markets. Prior to joining, Ken was one of the original founders of UCN, now inContact (NASDAQ:SAAS), where he held a number of positions including Chief Operating Officer. Prior to inContact, he built and directed the inside sales division at FranklinCovey (NYSE:FC), a leading provider of time and life management training systems. Ken is a weekly contributor on and an active thought leader in the inside sales industry. His blog is the top ranked blog in the world on the topic of inside sales.

Dafina is a Partner at U.S. Venture Partners. Prior to becoming a venture investor, Dafina held roles in development and product management at Microsoft. She worked on MSN Live ID and MS Office, and co-authored several key patents. Dafina has served as a Director at MATRIXX Software Inc. and Risk I/O, and was a board observer at Aria Systems, PGP, Imperva, RedSeal, and Cloudflare. She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Computer Science, with special focus on cryptography, efficient algorithms and database systems from Harvard University.

Josh serves on the boards of Demand Media, a NYSE-traded company; Rakuten, a publicly traded, five billion dollar revenue e-commerce company in Japan;; and Save The Children, the leading independent organization creating lasting change in the lives of children in need.

Lars is a Managing Director at Hummer Winblad and has played a key role in the firm’s investments in SaaS, virtualization, cloud and mobile technologies. Prior to joining Hummer Winblad Venture Partners in 2006, Lars was involved in founding and operational roles at start-up companies. He was a co-founder of AutoFarm (now Novariant), a company focused on GPS and robotics. Lars has a Masters of Science (Engineering) and an M.B.A. from Stanford University. He also holds an Engineering Physics degree from Queen’s University (with Honors). Lars sits on the board of the SIIA (Software Information Industry Association).

Mark Gorenberg is a managing director of Zetta Venture Partners, a venture firm founded in 2013 to focus on early stage investments in analytics. Over the last 25 years, Mark has served as the first venture capital investor and a board member for numerous successful analytics start-ups, including Domo, InsideSales, Omniture (IPO and acquired by Adobe), AdForce (IPO and acquired by CMGI), NetDynamics (acquired by Sun Microsystems), Scopus Technologies (IPO and acquired by Siebel) and Crowdfactory (acquired by Marketo). In 2011, President Barack Obama appointed Mark to the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology, a 21-person advisory group of the nations leading scientists and engineers. Mark is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Corporation. In 2012, Mark became a Director of the National Venture Capital Association.

He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, formerly served on the Microsoft Advisory Board, and is an active mentor to the MIT & Harvard entrepreneurial communities. He holds a B.S. from The University of Rhode Island.
