He was responsible for integrated product messaging, solutions marketing, and marketing strategy and led the development of pricing, licensing and packaging across all Citrix product lines. Prior to Citrix, Mick spent two years at Microsoft where he was responsible for the development and delivery of marketing messages targeting C-level executives. During his tenure, he led a worldwide network of nine executive briefing centers delivering over $4 billion in influence revenue per year, and produced customer events such as the Microsoft CEO Summit. Before joining Microsoft, he spent 13 years with IBM in a variety of executive product line roles including director of worldwide sales for both WebSphere and Lotus Software. While at Lotus, Mick was responsible for driving the company’s emerging product portfolio in the collaboration market. Mick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management from Georgia Institute of Technology. With a background in residential real estate, Tema also brings to the foundation vast fundraising and customer service experience. Prior to joining InsideSales.com, she served as associate director of major gifts at LDS Philanthropies for nearly 11 years, where she facilitated major gifts to Brigham Young University Hawaii, Polynesian Cultural Center, Humanitarian Services and other LDS charities. Tema holds an MBA from Brigham Young University and she helped create a nonprofit organization called Native American and Polynesian Youth Athletic Advancement, doing business as Elevate My Game.
