PROVO, Utah, February 12, 2013 – InsideSales.com, the leading sales automation and predictive analytics provider for inside sales professionals, today announced the United States Patent Office has issued U.S. Patent No. 8,352,389 protecting a revolutionary new method to intelligently analyze data to solve complex problems with multiple interdependent outputs combined with multiple potential correct outputs.
The patent, Multiple Output Relaxation (MOR), will impact how every technology company looks at their data because it allows for solving problems with interdependent variables. In an application for sales and lead response, MOR provides sales reps with the ability to use big data to further leads through the sales process.

In the past year, InsideSales.com was issued two other patents protecting both the lead response and telecommunication technologies. The lead response patent covers the ability to detect online activity and contact the user in conjunction with a preferred or optimal response plan, such as initiating a return call as soon as possible. The telecommunication patent covers the ability to perform an auxiliary function on a web-call after the call has been made.
