Like PowerText™ and PowerSocial™ (also to be released at Dreamforce), inside sales managers can use PowerStandings as an additional selling tool in their toolbox. Specific features include a standings bar, which is similar to a standings bar found in popular video games found at the top of the monitor. Within the standings bar, the reps’ daily scores, based on daily calls, appointments set, etc., are compared against the average of their team or company. There is also a ‘points’ based social interaction feature allowing reps to issue ‘trash talk’ to each other. Trash talk allows reps to use earned points to encourage and interact with each other as they work toward achievements, challenges and goals. Sales reps also earn a profile based PowerScore, updated live, to showcase their performance based on a scale of 1 to 100.
