SILICON SLOPES, Utah — March 4, 2015 — XANT, the leading cloud-based sales acceleration technology company, today announced the addition of two members of its executive leadership team to expand the company’s reach into global enterprise opportunities. David Rudnitsky has been appointed as senior vice president, enterprise sales and Lindsey Armstrong will join as senior vice president, international strategy. Both will leverage their years of experience to guide XANT to its next phase of growth. They are joining XANT at an impressive time for the company, as it achieved 100 percent increase in revenue in 2014 for the fourth year in a row, and recently opened a second office in Salt Lake City. Rudnitsky and Armstrong join Jim Steele, XANT’s president of worldwide sales and chief customer officer, also formerly of Salesforce. “We are continuing to create a powerhouse team of executives who are applying their past framework from some of the world’s most disruptive businesses to the exponential growth and huge opportunity of XANT,” said Dave Elkington, XANT CEO and founder. “We’re well-poised to execute on this vision with the right team in place.” Armstrong will lead XANT’s international strategy, starting with Europe. She is charged with establishing operations abroad and hiring an executive team. She will continue to serve on the board of directors for Bluewolf and SalesHood. While with Oracle, Veritas, Symantec and Salesforce.com, Armstrong was instrumental in driving explosive growth in international revenues, and in scaling capabilities across multiple countries. She has built growth engines in EMEA, APAC, Japan and Latin America and brings that wealth of experience to spearhead the IS global expansion. “XANT is at the epicenter of the biggest opportunities in sales today: predictive and prescriptive sales communications, gamification and hiring,” said Armstrong, who will be based in London. “I’m excited to lead XANT’s international expansion and bring its uniquely powerful offerings to even more customers.” Rudnitsky recently served as executive vice president for enterprise sales at Salesforce, as well as a member of Salesforce’s President’s Committee. Rudnitsky authored the enterprise playbook in Marc Benioff’s best-selling book “Behind the Cloud,” where he served since 2002. Prior to Salesforce, Rudnitsky held senior positions at Ariba, Netscape, Oracle and ADP. At XANT, Rudnitsky will architect a sales organization that will focus on large enterprise organizations. “XANT exhibits the same trajectory, profile and promise of Salesforce when I joined 13 years ago,” Rudnitsky said. “The company is delivering actionable intelligence to its customers and transforming modern sales. It feels very much like Salesforce did in 2002, and XANT has a huge opportunity to expand the business across very large organizations.” XANT has been a valued Salesforce partner since 2008, and is and a member of the Salesforce Analytics Cloud Ecosystem. XANT is also a Salesforce1 Fund investment. Salesforce, Salesforce1 and others are among the trademarks of Salesforce.com, Inc.
