11 Headlines From IS Accelerate ’15 That Will Accelerate Your Sales

We hope you had a great time at IS Accelerate ‘15. With so much going on during the week, we wanted to make sure you captured all of the news that can help accelerate sales for your business.

1. New senior leadership

We introduced key additions to the XANT leadership team. These new leaders will help us delight customers across the globe. New leaders include Jim Steele, president of worldwide sales and chief customer officer, Brent Peters, senior vice president of engineering, Lindsey Armstrong, senior vice president of international strategy, and David Rudnitsky, senior vice president of enterprise sales.leader

2. Expansion into Europe

We announced our expansion into Europe, in addition to Lindsey Armstrong joining as our new senior vice president of international strategy. We also announced the opening of our new London office and plans to launch our EMEA-based telecom and app cloud services.


3. Strategic investment

We announced a new $60M strategic investment, led by Salesforce Ventures and supported by Microsoft, as well as returning venture investors. This investment will help expand our platform. It also will allow XANT to build deeper and tighter integrations to improve the reach and intelligence of Neuralytics.


4. Deeper partnerships with Salesforce, Microsoft

In addition to the strategic investment, we also announced new, deeper partnerships with both Salesforce and Microsoft. We’re now a Salesforce AppExchange Premier Partner and a Microsoft Dynamics Global ISV Partner.






5. NeuralView in CRM

We unveiled a new in-CRM experience for NeuralView, the industry-leading lead and opportunity scoring solution. With this enhancement, sales reps in either Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be able to see how their prospects’ likelihood to be contacted and likelihood to close evolve over time, as well as the top drivers behind both scores.


6. Customer Journey

We showed an early concept from our XANT Labs team of something we’re calling “Customer Journey.” The idea is to use the power of Neuralytics to guide sales reps in real time toward the best next step (when to connect, how to connect, and what kind of offer to extend) for each active prospect to increase the likelihood to close.

7. New Cloud Comms

We announced our new Cloud Communications stack, which will deliver 30x faster inbound call routing, increase our platform call capacity from 300 million to 700 billion calls per year, and already benefits from more than 100 years of talk time from early customers on the new stack. We will end-of-life our legacy (“old”) comms stack in May 2015.

8. Persogenics

We announced our plans to further expand the power of Sales Indicator to help sales hiring managers identify the best sales talent for their organizations through the acquisition of Persogenics.


9. New Momentum consulting team

We introduced a new consulting organization, the XANT Momentum Team. This team will deliver strategic consulting to provide assessments and deliver value, as well as provide education services for platform trainings and certifications. XANT plans to package up many of the assessment, advisory, education and certification services developed by the Momentum Team and make them available to select authorized partners.

10. We did good together

We worked together to give back. Through our Do Good Foundation, we assembled craft kits for children at Primary Children’s Hospital. And we donated $20,000 to Steve Young’s Forever Young Foundation.
