David Elkington has a rich background in technology, venture capital and corporate development. As CEO and Chairman, he continues to lead InsideSales.com to consecutive 50-100% annual growth starting with the company’s inception in 2004. Mr. Elkington has been active in the evolution and definition of the inside sales industry and speaks regularly. He is the co-author of the groundbreaking MIT Lead Response industry study, has co-authored Harvard Business Review, Kellogg School of Management and many other academic and industry research articles. He is recognized both locally and nationally as a leader and entrepreneur in the cloud computing and remote selling movements.
Before founding InsideSales.com, David co-founded Integr8ted Technology Solutions, LLC., a leading e-business consulting and application development firm. Before that, he co-founded and served as the director of business development of Everfill, Inc., an e-Health distribution company, until the sale of the company. Prior to that, David was an investment banking financial analyst with Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown in Baltimore, Maryland. He has also worked for Merrill Lynch and MiraQuest Capital (a healthcare technology venture capital firm).
Mr. Elkington serves on board for the ProvoTechX, on the advisory board for the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals (AA-ISP), and on the BYU CVLC advisory council. He has a background in computer science and holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Philosophy from Brigham Young University with minors in Business, Japanese and Hebrew.

Prior to joining InsideSales.com, Mr. Krogue was one of the original founders of UCN (NYSE:UCNN), where he served most notably as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to UCN, he created and directed the inside sales division at FranklinCovey (NYSE:FC), a leading provider of time and life management training systems. Prior to Franklin, Mr. Krogue's experience includes serving as Marketing Director for Infobases International, Inc., an information database company, and as Sales Manager for a Utah-based computer reseller. He attended the United States Naval Academy and earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Utah.

Previously Michael served as the Vice President of Sales for Arkona, Inc., a technology leader in SaaS management solutions for new and independent automobile dealerships. Arkona was listed annually as one of Utah's Top 50 public companies. Arkona was acquired by DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRAK) on June 6, 2007. Michael joined Arkona in July 2000 as Director of Sales. Prior to joining Arkona, he served in the U.S. Army and Utah National Guard with a background in Logistics and Counter Intelligence. He also served in sales and service capacities at Word Perfect, Novell, Corel, Vinca, Legato and Manage.com
