Rick Baker joins XANT from Citrix, a $3 billion technology company, where he was the vice president of worldwide sales strategy. At Citrix, he oversaw the go-to-market strategy for strategic alliances, sales productivity, transformation, enablement, and strategy and solution acceleration. As vice president of sales strategy and operations at XANT, Baker will help the leadership team to align sales, marketing and other key business functions to accelerate sales growth. Tom Pilkington brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership. Most recently, he was the executive vice president of sales and marketing for Spectrum Field Services. Previously, Pilkington was vice president of sales at PeopleWise, a division of LexisNexis, where he built the sales force from scratch. PeopleWise called upon XANT to help develop its sales process, and the company’s successes served as the XANT founding case study. As vice president of business development at XANT, Pilkington will oversee a team of more than 50 business development managers, coaches and representatives. Lee Boardmancomes to XANT with more than 32 years of public sector and private industry senior financial management, analysis and reporting experience. Most recently, he was the chief financial and operating officer at Sysponi, a technology startup developing a web-based social media, training and communications platform for sales organizations. His career has included 12 years with Deloitte & Touche as a senior manager, eight years with Ballard Medical Products as chief accounting officer, and three years with Arkona as chief financial officer.
