Tyler Prince Discusses Growth in Salesforce Partner Keynote at Dreamforce

This morning, Tyler Prince, Salesforce EVP of WW Alliances & Channels, spoke to a packed room about the state of affairs of the Salesforce Cloud Ecosystem.

Tyler and his team described Salesforce’s vision for their Cloud Ecosystem, their strategic vision and how important partnerships were in driving the platform’s success into becoming the No. 1 cloud ecosystem.

Tyler revealed a 45 percent increase in partner growth since last year and that Salesforce is working toward 5 times more growth within the next five years.

The keynote also highlighted partner programs and philanthropic efforts, as well as some new technology and business models driving the success of Salesforce partners.

We were even able to see a familiar face during the presentation. Mick Hollison, XANT CMO, was featured in the opening video.

Tyler also touched on the introduction of Salesforce.com’s Internet of Things Cloud, which is powered by their all-new thunder platform.

We live in a world of increasing volumes of data coming from connected devices. IoT Cloud will help Salesforce customers better manage this massive amount of information, regardless of device, sensor or website.
